Yes. Audio and an interview transcript are recorded so the hiring team can review your answers. You will see this stated in the consent screen before the interview begins.

GAIA scores against the rubric the employer defined. The same questions and the same rubric are applied to every candidate, which is more consistent than a panel of busy human interviewers. You also have the right to request human review.

Yes — many templates allow you to ask GAIA to repeat or rephrase a question. Some templates also allow one full restart. The candidate-side notice will tell you what is allowed for that role.

If GAIA cannot hear you for an extended pause, the system pauses and shows a reconnect prompt. Once the mic is working again you can resume from the same question.
