1. Controller

FORLYZE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ('Intrvio', 'we', 'us'), operates the Intrvio platform. Each employer is the controller for its candidate interview data; Intrvio acts as processor on the employer's behalf, except where we process limited account, security, and support data as an independent controller.

2. Purposes of processing

We process personal data to deliver AI-powered interview services, evaluate candidate responses, provide analytics to employers, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Categories of data

Identity data (name, email, phone), interview responses (audio recording, transcript, AI analysis), proctoring signals (device/browser telemetry), usage logs, and consent records.

4. Retention

Interview artefacts (recordings, transcripts, analysis) are retained for 180 days by default, after which they are purged or anonymised. Customers may request a shorter retention window.

5. Data subject rights

Under GDPR / KVKK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, restrict processing, and port your data. Automated decisions are advisory only — a qualified human reviewer approves all hiring outcomes.

6. Cross-border transfers

Data location depends on the workspace configuration and active sub-processors. Where cross-border transfers occur, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, for KVKK-scoped data, explicit consent where required.

7. AI disclaimer

AI analysis is not a hiring decision. Intrvio's models produce recommendations, confidence scores, and summaries to assist human decision-makers; they do not replace human review.

8. EU Representative

We are currently in the process of appointing an EU Representative under GDPR Article 27. In the interim, EU data subjects may contact us directly at hello@intrvio.com. This section will be updated once the appointment is finalized.

9. KVKK (Türkiye)

For candidates in Turkey (Türkiye), FORLYZE LTD acts as data controller ('veri sorumlusu') under KVKK (Law No. 6698). For KVKK-specific requests (Art. 11 rights), you may contact us at hello@intrvio.com. Cross-border transfers to the UK/EU follow KVKK Art. 9 requirements with your explicit consent where required.
