This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') sets out the expectations for any customer, employer, user, or candidate interacting with Intrvio. By using Intrvio you agree to these rules. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access and, where warranted, referral to competent authorities. This AUP is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
1. Prohibited uses
You may not use Intrvio to:
Conduct discriminatory hiring on the basis of protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other protected class under applicable law).
Misrepresent Intrvio outputs as human-made hiring decisions. The EU AI Act requires transparency that an AI system is involved in evaluating candidates.
Circumvent bias audit, fairness testing, or candidate notice requirements (including NYC LL 144 and any applicable local equivalents).
Interview minors under 16 without verified parental or guardian consent.
Attempt to deceive, manipulate, or jailbreak GAIA in order to extract training data, model weights, or proprietary prompt structure.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or benchmark Intrvio outputs for competitive purposes without prior written permission.
Upload malware, viruses, illegal content, child sexual abuse material, harassment material, or content that infringes third-party rights.
2. Security & abuse
You must not:
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or degrade the service (DoS, brute force, credential stuffing, crawling beyond published rate limits).
Share, resell, or sublicense account credentials. Each authorised seat is for a single named user.
Probe, penetration-test, or security-scan Intrvio infrastructure without written authorisation. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to hello@intrvio.com.
3. Candidate treatment
Employers using Intrvio agree to:
Use Intrvio as a screening aid only; AI output must never be the sole basis of a hiring decision.
Provide meaningful human review of AI-assisted outcomes on candidate request (GDPR Art. 22).
Honour candidate withdrawal, deletion, and data-access requests promptly.
Offer a reasonable non-AI interview alternative on request (required under NYC LL 144 and for accessibility accommodations).
4. Consequences
Violations are handled in proportion to severity and may result in: (a) a written warning and remediation plan, (b) temporary suspension of affected accounts, (c) termination of the customer agreement, and (d) referral to law-enforcement or data protection authorities where legally required. Intrvio reserves the right to preserve and disclose information to competent authorities as required by law.
5. Contact
