How do AI-search credits and voice minutes work?

Monthly allowances are tied to your package. Included interview credits, AI-search credits, voice minutes, CV intelligence, and SMS rights reset at the start of every billing period unless your contract says otherwise.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately when you subscribe to a higher plan. To downgrade or cancel, open Manage subscription and use the Stripe portal; cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period.

What is a seat and what if I need more?

A seat is one team member with access to the employer workspace. Starter includes 1 and Growth includes 3. Need more seats or unlimited? Talk to sales about Enterprise.
