B2C Practice subscriptions and B2B service split

Practice packages for candidates are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. Each successful monthly charge grants that month's interview credits; users can see the current period start/end dates, next renewal date, remaining credits, and cancel-at-period-end status in their account. Company interview services are separate B2B services governed by employer account permissions and terms. A candidate may both attend company-invited interviews and use Practice from their own account.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Intrvio platform you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Intrvio provides AI-powered interview scheduling, conversational interview sessions, transcript generation, and analytics to employers and candidates.

3. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, attempt to circumvent proctoring controls, or use the service to discriminate against candidates on protected grounds.

4. Intellectual property

The Intrvio platform, its software, models, and brand are owned by FORLYZE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. Customers retain rights to their own content uploaded to the platform.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated analysis, scores, and summaries are advisory. Customers remain responsible for hiring decisions and must apply human review before making any adverse decision.

6. Warranties & liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrvio disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination customer data is retained for 30 days in a recoverable state, then deleted.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
